Explore Interactive Programs and Activities to Support Your Pelvic Health

Programs

Our virtual educational programs include webinars, panel discussions, lectures, and community conversations. These sessions are free for the community, with a suggested donation to support our mission. We cover essential topics in pelvic health, featuring expert speakers and interactive content designed to empower attendees with valuable knowledge and practical skills. These events also allow us to gain insights and feedback from those we serve, ensuring our programs remain relevant and impactful.

Our website offers extensive virtual content designed to educate and empower our community. We provide comprehensive courses, downloadable PDFs, and certificates of completion, which are foundational steps toward our future professional certification programs. With the generous support of the Women's Catalytic Fund, we are able to include resources that are accessible to everyone, including youth, promoting inclusivity and advancing knowledge in pelvic health for all.

Pop-up Events

Our pop-up events, funded by the City of Hope grant, feature mission-aligned merchandise, informative handouts, and engaging activities. These events are designed to raise awareness, provide education, and foster community engagement in pelvic health. We use these events to survey our community about their needs and assess our impact, driving people to our virtual resources and sparking conversations. Through open and playful engagement, including games and interactive discussions, we aim to destigmatize pelvic health topics. We also offer screening tools for pelvic health dysfunctions, ensuring our community can access valuable resources and support.

In-Person Workshops

and Education

We provide in-person educational programs tailored to institutions, healthcare professionals, and underserved communities. Our workshops focus on creating more inclusive pelvic health support, helping individuals and their allies understand pelvic health, prevent and manage dysfunction, and learn advocacy tools. We also offer movement-based classes encouraging participants to embody and learn evidence-based exercises rooted in physical therapy. To support comprehensive pelvic health, these classes incorporate holistic approaches, including dance, yoga, Pilates, breathwork, meditation, and more.
